Ad Catalog is the newest module of the AdDesk Advertiser Self-Service system. Ad Catalog empowers sales staff by making it easier to service their advertisers, lowers production and operational costs, and minimizes mistakes that result in ad credits.

To effectively sell and support their customers, advertising sales staff require a visual of their advertiser's display ads. A visual of the ad can be used to inspire an advertiser to re-publish an ad which ran in the past, or as the basis for creation of a new ad, or simply as a way to prevent a costly mistake by double checking the ad details prior to publication. Today, creating and managing the ad visuals is a manual process that is inefficient, complicated and expensive.

What now takes days can be performed in minutes, from any location, with AdDesk Ad Catalog. Ad Catalog eliminates time-consuming research, confusing instructions, manual processes, and costly hard copy proofs. With just a web browser and an Internet connection, advertisers and sales staff can quickly obtain a visual of their display ads and easily request the ad be republished, including changes. Ad Catalog is designed for both print and web ads.

While an advertiser can view only their ads, sales staff can search on multiple advertisers, making Ad Catalog a powerful sales research and prospecting tool. Search by run dates, publication titles, sales code, ad description, and the full text of the ad. Matching ads are displayed in a thumbnail format, with a full complement of publication and production details. The user can zoom in on the ad or view the high resolution PDF file.

Change requests are made simple with Ad Catalog. Comments, ad copy, and even replacement art and photos can added to the pick-up, right in the web browser, saving steps and valuable time.

Complete the Pick-Up process in Ad Catalog by matching the ad to an existing space reservation or placing a new order. AdDesk immediately alerts the advertising staff of the new order and provides the production staff with detailed instructions for processing the pick-up and change requests.
Find Ads Quickly and Easily
Enter a date range or even text in the ad itself to find what you are looking for. Annotate the ad with change requests. Complete the process by assigning the ad to an existing order or request a new reservation.
